All About Ephedrine HCL
Bodybuilders, endurance athletes, fat people and asthmatics all
love ephedrine HCL (hydrochloride). Ephedrine HCL is classified
as an expectorant bronchodilator. That means it does several nice
things. The expectorant qualities of the synthetic drug thin out
and break down mucus and phlegm, thus making it easier to expel
from the body. The bronchodilating effects of ephedrine HCL relax
smooth muscle tissue in the airways, thus enabling easier breathing
for the afflicted. Shortness of breath, tightness in the chest,
and wheezing all are rapidly alleviated with the use of ephedrine
HCL.
Other effects of ephedrine HCL are that it increases aerobic capacity
and oxygen transportation abilities of a human body. When it is “stacked”,
or used in conjunction with caffeine, it increases energy and thermogenesis.
That means that it enhances the body’s ability to metabolize
fats and calories in general. With increased energy and fat-burning
capabilities, bodybuilders are also attracted to using the drug.
When bodybuilders want to accentuate their muscular cuts, they
use ephedrine HCL as a fat burner. The obese sing the praises of
the drug for those same effects coupled with the fact that it is
an excellent appetite suppressant.
Commonly experienced side effects associated with the use of ephedrine
HCL, especially when used with caffeine, are nervousness, shakiness,
loss of sleep, loss of appetite, and irritability. Ephedrine HCL
should not be used by people who have heart problems, thyroid problems,
high blood pressure, enlarged prostrates, or who use or recently
have used MAOI’s (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors).
In an effort to control the production of crank, the US government
has imposed limitations on the amount of ephedrine that any one
person can purchase on a monthly basis. Some state governments
have disallowed the online ordering of ephedrine HCL completely.
As with all drugs, use ephedrine HCL cautiously.
